Singing in the Florida Panhandle, mostly along highway 30-A, since age 13, the now 20 year old Kelsey Anna is emerging as a maturing singer/songwriter with a great deal of potential. Having written and often performing several original songs, her unique style of singing . . . a cross between blue-grass and popular alternative . . . is reminiscent of Bonnie Rait with a touch of Billie Holiday, a pinch of Sarah McLachlan, and highlighted by her own unique and soulful descant style.

She grew up performing with her sister, Natasha Johnson and friend, Marc Harris. She can now often be seen performing with violinist Matt Miller.

Kelsey Anna brings an energy and passion to her performances which, to use an old but apt cliché, is like the rare sighting of a forceful song-bird.
